Custom Flair provides custom-made and personalised products, including promotional gifting, branded items, personalised canvas prints, photo albums, gazebos, flags, signage, and related branding solutions. All products are manufactured specifically to order based on individual client specifications.

Acceptance of Terms

By placing an order with Custom Flair, the client confirms that they have read, understood, and accepted these Terms & Conditions in full. These terms apply to all quotations, proforma invoices, invoices, website orders, and confirmed sales, whether placed online or offline.

Quotes & Proforma Invoices

All quotes and proforma invoices are valid for five (5) days from the date of issue. Pricing, availability, and production slots are not secured until full payment has been received and cleared in our bank account. Custom Flair reserves the right to revise pricing if payment is received after the validity period has expired.

Payment Terms

Full payment is required before production commences, unless otherwise agreed in writing. Proof of payment does not constitute cleared funds. Production will only begin once payment has cleared and final artwork has been approved. Custom Flair reserves the right to delay or suspend production if payment is outstanding.

Artwork & Order Approval

All artwork, branding, quantities, sizes, colours, and specifications must be approved by the client prior to production. Approval confirms acceptance of all details, including spelling, layout, and design accuracy. Once artwork has been approved, no changes, cancellations, or refunds will be permitted. Custom Flair will not be held liable for errors approved by the client.

Production Times

All products are made to order. Production times vary depending on the product type, quantity, and level of customisation. Some items may be produced on the same day, others within three to five (3–5) working days, while certain products may require up to two weeks or longer. All production timelines provided are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Production delays do not constitute grounds for cancellation, refunds, or compensation.

Shipping & Delivery

Shipping costs are calculated based on the size, weight, and delivery location of the order. Oversized or heavy items, including gazebos, flags, and event branding equipment, may incur additional courier or freight charges. Any reference to free shipping applies only to selected products or promotions and excludes oversized or heavy items. Once an order has been dispatched, Custom Flair is not responsible for courier delays or circumstances beyond our control.

Returns & Refunds

Due to the custom-made nature of our products, no returns, cancellations, or refunds are permitted on custom or personalised items once production has commenced. This includes, but is not limited to, promotional products, canvas prints, photo albums, branded gazebos, flags, and signage.

Damaged or Faulty Goods

Any damaged or defective items must be reported within forty-eight (48) hours of delivery. Claims must be accompanied by clear photographs of the damage or defect, the order reference number, and the original packaging. Where a defect is confirmed, Custom Flair may, at its discretion, repair, replace, or reproduce the item. Liability is limited strictly to the value of the product supplied.

Colour & Material Variations

Colour and material variations may occur due to screen calibration differences, material characteristics, and printing processes. Such variations are inherent to printing and do not constitute defects.

Limitation of Liability

Custom Flair shall not be liable for any loss of income, loss of profits, indirect or consequential damages, delays beyond our control, or errors approved by the client. Our liability is strictly limited to the value of the product supplied.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
